Learn crochet and make new friends. The Leeds Crochet Club organises crochet classes run by Professional Crochet Instructors for beginners, all the way up to experienced crocheters.

Beginners Class This class is designed for those who have had little to no experience with a crochet hook. You will learn the crochet basics and terminology and we'll get you started on your very own granny square.

Amazing intro to crochet! Everything was explained clearly and any questions I had were patiently and encouragingly answered, by the end I had a granny square and the practice and knowlage to go home and make more straight away ! Definitely would recommend to get you started, the way it was explained made way more sense to me then my attempts at following videos online and the ability to ask questions at anytime , repeat steps even completely restart was great to actually understand the basics and set me up to continue alone!

Wonderful little session, couldn?t recommend enough! I?ve gone from not even being able to hold the yarn or hook properly to feeling confident that with some practice I could crochet a simple project alone. Leoni was very patient and incredibly helpful throughout. This beats learning from YouTube videos any day. However, after learning the foundations, online video tutorials now make a whole lot more sense. Extremely good value for money. If you?ve been wanting to try crochet for a while, don?t wait any longer - come to one of these sessions!
