Everyone was able to go at their own pace and there was plenty of time to practice the basic stitches. I really enjoyed it and surprised myself when I got through the whole granny square! Leoni was patient and as I am a left hander she even demosntrated left handedly for me which helped greatly. I would definitely recommend the course/tutor.

Wondered quite what the event would be like - but loved it. As there were only three attendees I felt that I had the maximum support. Leoni was knowlegeable as well and friendly and attentive to our helpless state (!) about this new crotchet. The cafe the class was held was both clean and had great coffee. Thank you.

I did enjoy the event. I am a total beginner and learnt a great deal. It was helpful to be able to spend time practicing with a tutor there to help, but I would have liked more teaching. Eg only the people who got their work to a stage where they could join a second colour were shown that and someone had to ask-as we were packing up - how do we finish off. Leonie was lovely and had a great deal of patience .

I thoroughly enjoyed this beginner class. I thought Leonie was an excellent teacher, very patient and very able to adapt to the various needs within the group. I felt I learnt a lot about crotchet in a short space of time and am definitely inspired to return as a customer and to recommend this to friends. The tone and pace of the class were perfect for me as it felt purposeful and at the same time relaxed. Considering none of us knew each other, she was able to host the event in a way that put us all instantly at ease with one another. As someone who is usually quite anxious about meeting new people, this was really helpful for me. I felt very much that it was ok to make mistakes and even to keep making the same ones. Overall 10/10!!
